  • Herbal Roots tried in the past and it has been really difficult. We stopped trying when we lost a couple boxes at customs. However, we will keep trying to figure out a successful way to ship worldwide!

  • Hard NO. No Synthetic ingredients at all, especially fragrance. Synthetic fragrance causes a whole lot of health problems, including endocrine disruptors, asthma, eczema and other skin problems. Plus, they are linked to cancer.

  • We currently have a home based apothecary , where we do have a few stands with products. We like to make everything as fresh as possible though. We also do sessions here, if you are close by don't hesitate and stop by!

  • it depends on the order, but it usually takes from 2-5 business days.

  • If there is a problem with your product or service, we will make it right. But other than that, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

  • We accept all major credit & debit cards, PayPal, and cash if you are In Person at the shop.

  • Yes, you may cancel an order as long as it hasn't shipped, any fulfilled orders cannot be cancelled. All order cancellation will incur a 10% restocking fee.

  • Absolutely! You can write your gift note on the special notes section of your cart. Thank you for choosing us for showing some love to a special someone!

  • You will receive an order email confirmation promptly after placing your order. If you did not, it may be because of a typo with your email address when placing the order. If so, please send us an email ASAP at info@herbal-roots.shop with all the information you entered when placing the order to help us locate it.
